STEP 5:On the date of your service, you will check into your hotel room! Please be aware, that we can not check into your hotel for you. After you have checked-in, you will ask the front desk staff to add one of our decorators to your reservation (we will provide the decorator's name in advance).

STEP 6:Your decorator will obtain a key from the front desk. We will keep you updated upon arrival and completion of your set-up. Keep in mind, set up time is approximately 2.5-3 hours. After your set-up, the room key will be left in your room.

STEP 7: Enjoy your romantic surprise! Please feel free to send us your pictures and videos!

You must check into your hotel room first. Your hotel will require a physical copy of your ID and credit card upon arrival, which is why we can not check into your hotel for you.

We will provide you with room key instructions the day before your setup.

Once you've checked in, you will add our decorator's name to your reservation and will leave a copy of the room key for one the decorator's. Your decorator will show the front desk their ID, which will allow them access to your room. The duplicate key will be left in your room after set-up. Your decorator will be in contact with you throughout the setup.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADD A NAME TO YOUR RESERVATION, no worries, we can always meet you at the hotel and pick up the room key from you. We're very flexible and want to pull off your surprise. We've done this a thousand times and we've got you covered!

No. We prefer our clients to not be present. We want to maximize the space and time to set up your beautiful romantic surprise.

It takes approximately 2.5- 3 hours to set up. This will allow time for the decorator to set up your beautiful, romantic and memorable surprise!

We will need your room number the day of your set-up. We will text you the day before with room key instructions. Please let us know your room number after you check in.

Yes! We offer a split payment as long as you book at least 3 weeks before your desired date. To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit (this will go towards your total balance). The remaining balance is paid 1-week before your date.
